How to use a shower steamer:  carefully place the soother in a corner of your shower, somewhere that you will not step on it and not have too much of the water come in contact with your skin.  Let the water gently splash on the soother to activate it, letting the steam of the water bring the menthol and scent up to you, for an aromatic shower experience.
